Academic Opportunities for Personal Success

Academic Opportunities for Personal Success (OPS), held July 5- August 6, 2021, is designed to challenge students in grades 7-12 in mind, body and spirit. Whether the goal is to recover course credit or gain an advantage heading into the next school year, students will gain confidence in their chosen subject in a small class setting mentored by our caring faculty.

In addition to a variety of academic offerings, students will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities, while making new friends and discovering strengths they did not know they had. Organized evening and weekend activities may include museum visits, golf, fishing, tubing the Bark River, hiking at Lapham Peak, Challenge Run, our obstacle course, team building events, the Summer President’s Challenge, BBQ with friends and families on our guard path, bonfires with s’mores on the beach and more! Our onsite kitchen provides all the meals, and our student recreation center has snacks, a pool table, ping-pong, and other activities to enjoy.

With an emphasis on character building and leadership skills, Academic OPS is an enriching way for teens to spend their summer.
