SJNA Announces Will Carpenter as Director of Athletics

DELAFIELD, Wis. – On Monday (July 15), St. John’s Northwestern Academies announced Will Carpenter as the new Director of Athletics.

Carpenter will lead the Lancers off of a 2023-24 year which saw the boy’s soccer team claim conference and regional titles, along with the brand new introduction of the SJNA: DME Academy Basketball Program.

Previously, Carpenter had worked at DME as a Student-Athlete Advisor and in 2023 moved to Delafield to help guide the partnership through its inaugural season.

“SJNA is proud to welcome Will to his new role,” stated SJNA VP & Chief of Student Affairs Mike Fink. “He has been vital to the success of our partnership with DME Academy over the past year and we trust he can continue that success with all of our Lancer teams.”

As the Director of Athletics, Carpenter will oversee the Academies wide variety of sports programs and look to guide the Lancers to new heights in 2024 and beyond.

“I am beyond thrilled to accept the position of Director of Athletics for the Academies,” Carpenter emphasized. “My time working together with the SJNA and DME Academy partnership has taught me so much, and I can’t wait to grow the Lancer Legacy even more. I would like to thank President Fine, Mr. Fink for the opportunity, along with Mike and Dan Panaggio for their support during my time at DME Academy.”
