Varsity Soccer Team Rakes in Postseason Awards After a Flagship Season

DELAFIELD, Wis. – The St. John’s Northwestern Academies/Chesterton varsity soccer team continues to set the standard for excellence, both on and off the field. After a stellar 2024 season, the team celebrated their third consecutive Midwest Classic Conference (MCC) crown and second straight regional title, finishing the season with an impressive 13-2-3 record. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for the sport earned them a series of well-deserved postseason awards from the MCC.

Postseason Honors: Recognizing Excellence
The team’s hard work and achievements were recognized by the conference through numerous individual awards:

Offensive Player of the Year: Paolo Macozzi

First Team All-Conference: Paolo Macozzi, Florentino Tellez, Antonio Ornelas, Hunter Hopwood

Second Team All-Conference: David Schroettner

Honorable Mention All-Conference: Luis Enriquez
