Cadet Ryan Bayer Delivers Annual Boy Scout Report to the State of Wisconsin

DELAFIELD, Wis. – St. John’s Northwestern Academies is proud to announce that Cadet Ryan Bayer, Class of 2025, was handpicked by his Scout leaders at Potawatomi Area Council to deliver the prestigious Annual Boy Scout Report to the State of Wisconsin.

This is a significant honor that recognizes Ryan as a top Eagle Scout from Troop 110, chosen to be one of seven Eagle Scouts out of 688 statewide. His role was to present important updates to the Governor and state representatives regarding Boy Scout activities across Wisconsin, and in doing so, highlight the programs at SJNA.

Ryan’s leadership extends beyond Scouting and into the SJNA campus community. He recently achieved his Eagle Scout rank by expanding the Raider program obstacle course on the SJNA grounds, enhancing the physical training opportunities for his fellow cadets and local organizations.

“Ryan is one of Saint John’s Northwestern’s very best and, by testament of his accomplishments, one of the very best that the Boy Scouts of America have to offer,” said John Kiriazis, SJNA Corp of Cadets Commandant. “I have seen true value in how his life and accomplishments as a Boy Scout and Eagle Scout translate so well with what we reinforce in our Corps of Cadets and JROTC program. Quite frankly, we want more Boy Scouts and future Eagle Scouts like Ryan to choose a path as a Cadet here on our campus. The combination of Boy Scout experience, his endeavor to achieve Eagle Scout status, and life as a Cadet leader is a winning combination that opens doors to futures that our youth should explore. Students leave with the character, competency, and commitment that sets them up for very bright and meaningful futures.”

In another recognition of his achievements and leadership potential, Ryan recently earned and accepted a prestigious Army ROTC Scholarship to attend Marquette University, where he plans to commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.

Ryan’s success is a testament to how SJNA’s Corps of Cadets continues to empower young leaders to pursue excellence, embodying the values of responsibility, honor, and service that will guide them well into the future. Learn more and join the JROTC-Leadership Program today by Clicking Here.
