A Step Ahead: SJNA Students Receive Army ROTC Scholarships to Top Universities
DELAFIELD, Wis. – Recently, a quartet of St. John’s Northwestern Academies (SJNA) students were presented with their U.S. Army ROTC scholarship checks.
SJNA’s JROTC program stands above the rest in Wisconsin having earned its Honor Unit with Distinction status and a 100% accreditation. Once again in 2024, SJNA proved its prowess for consistently placing cadets into higher education institutions on full-ride scholarships.
- Cadet Dillon Hamer earned a four-year scholarship to the University of Notre Dame.
- Cadet Scout Adam also earned a four-year scholarship to Notre Dame.
- Cadet Hugo Potchebout earned a four-year scholarship to the University of Miami.
- Cadet Marcus Hagen earned a three/four year scholarship to Milwaukee School of Engineering.
New this year, Lieutenant Colonel (retired) John Kiriazis serves as the St. John’s Northwestern Corps of Cadets Commandant. Kiriazis is excited about the tremendous historical success and future increased success SJNA Cadets have and will continue to have in earning university scholarships to top institutions.
Along with our incredible college career counselor, Catherine Lewis, St. John’s Northwestern is excited about remaining the top institution in Wisconsin in Cadets successfully earning ROTC collegiate level scholarships. SJNA prides itself on its proven ability to guide students through the college process from the first day they step foot on our campus.
