TRANSCRIPT: Hi, and welcome back for Episode 4 of Cat Chat, a program where you get to chat with me, Cat, the College and Career Counselor here at St. John’s. I just wanted to provide a little bit of update on opportunities that our students are going to have now that the weather is getting a little bit warmer.

Spring is college tour season, and as of now, we have three different college tours planned for the spring. On March 5th, we’ll be going up to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. On March 14th, we’re actually going to have a dual tour, where we’re going to tour two different employers of the local area and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Wisconsin Milwaukee. And finally on April 9th, we’re gonna be going to the University of Wisconsin Madison, which is one of the top schools that our students like to apply to. This comes in addition to some of the tours that I led in the fall to places like Milwaukee School of Engineering and Service Academy Days.

As always, I encourage our students to get on college campuses so that way they can see the real feel of what each college or university is like. See what a classroom is like, meet with different professors and hear from current students on. What kind of, what kind of classes they’re enjoying or what kind of extracurriculars they might be able to get involved with.

That’s all I have for today. If you have any questions on college tours or how to sign up or even how to register for one, feel free to reach out and I’ll see you next time.
