Official Transcripts:
These transcripts are signed and certified by the school and must be sent directly between institutions or can be sent to the student, but must remain in a sealed envelope to be considered official. If the recipient listed is an employer or school, the transcript requested will be considered official unless otherwise specified via e-mail to academicofice@sjnacademies.org.
Unofficial Transcripts:
These transcripts are not signed and certified, but work well as a copy one can keep in their own records for references and applications. This transcript can be sent from us to you and then passed on to a school or employer. These types of transcripts are generally used as a reference or early on in an application or hiring process. Any request being sent to a student/alumni’s home or e-mail will be considered to be for an unofficial transcript unless noted as otherwise to the academic office email address.
